A fixed one-percent BELL fee on official-exchange buys and sells. Wallet transfers and reward claims remain untouched.
Every V3 testnet trade through the official pool pays one percent in BELL. V4 preserves that split for its mainnet release candidate. Part rewards the sovereign. Part is burned. Part supports the treasury.

The pair
V4 permanently connects the ERC-20 and ERC-721 for discovery, while keeping their ownership systems deliberately separate.
The artifact
Token ID 1 moves only through the takeover market. Its owner receives the rights explicitly coded for the sovereign, including the official-exchange Toll share.
The token
BELL can trade and burn, but it cannot be redeemed for, shattered from, or used as fractional ownership of the NFT. That separation preserves the one historical path to the Bell.
Takeover buybacks
Of the five-percent takeover fee, four percent supports the creator treasury and one percent enters a separate ETH buyback reserve. The reserve periodically buys $BELL and burns it.

Immutable limits
The Toll is fixed at one percent. The reward, burn, and treasury shares are visible. There are no blacklist controls, surprise minting, or owner-adjustable taxes in the intended design.
